Part of the magic in life is found when paths cross in fortuitous ways. Our paths crossed when I had the privilege of representing Heather and her family in a real estate transaction. Initially, we spoke by phone as she prepared to make the courageous jump from her home state of California to my home state of North Carolina! Almost directly East and West of each other -from SEA TO SHINING SEA- we had instant rapport. That rapport grew into an open, honest friendship forming the foundation of what was yet to come.

Collectively we shared a passion for real estate, and independently we were both guided by a drive to BE the best and WORK with the best. Both entrepreneurial and creative in spirit and recognizing our complementary talents, we began day dreaming with these TWO questions in mind:
How could we elevate expectations?
How could we gather a collection of the best?
Having been buyers and sellers ourselves, we went back in time. We reviewed our expectations, evaluated what we ‘wished we knew then’ and what we would expect today…relying on the ole’ reliable “Hindsight is 20-20” approach. We knew that clearly articulating our expectations would serve as the foundation upon which we would build our company and the litmus text for how we would progress.
